AUCTION FORMAT: TIMED ONLINE
Bidding is online only. We do not except commission or telephone bids.

Bidding closes on Tuesday 1 December. Lots close from 6pm SGT/ 10am GMT.  Bidding closes in order in one minute intervals. Bid time is auto-extended by 5 minutes if any bid is placed in the final 5 minutes.

REGISTRATION:
Clients should register for the sale (use the ‘register to bid’ button on hotlotz.com or the ‘connect to auction’ button on thesaleroom.com) at their earliest opportunity.

VIEWING:
Viewing in person is permitted. Please refer to our saleroom opening hours.

CONDITION REPORTS:
Our appraisers will provide conditions reports and additional images as requested.  Many of the lots already have condition reports so please check the website first. If you cannot see a condition report on the website, please click the ‘Ask a question’ button to request one.

BUYER’S PREMIUM:
You will be charged a Buyer's Premium fee equal to 24% of the hammer price if you win a lot. 

We do not charge any additional 'online commission' fees, nor do we charge additional fees to clients who choose to pay using a credit card. 

PAYMENTS: 
Once the auction has concluded, you will receive an invoice by email with a link to our online payment platform as well as collection and shipping information. Please follow the instructions given.

Please note, we accept bank transfers, Pay Now and Visa, Mastercard and American Express branded payment cards.

If we arrange shipping on your behalf this will billed an a separate invoice.

COLLECTIONS & SHIPPING:
Collections are available from the Hotlotz saleroom during normal opening hours.

If you request shipping support we will contact you to discuss your specific requirements. As we sell a wide variety of items, and packaging and transportation requirements vary from item-to-item and country-to-country. We always generate bespoke quotes for your consideration.
